Oxford Global Conferences are proud to announce the 2nd Annual Inhalation & Respiratory Drug Delivery Congress, taking place on the 22-23 May 2017 in London, UK. The congress is an exclusive opportunity for over 150 drug delivery and formulation experts to exchange their experiences, engage in scientific discussions and debate success stories and solutions to improve the inhalation and respiratory drug delivery industry performance.

The inhalation and respiratory drug delivery market represents a continuously growing area of the global drug delivery industry. The rapid growth of the market is attributed to the unquestionable potential of inhaled therapies, developments of analytical tools for inhaled medicines and the advancements of inhalation device technologies that have made inhalation drug delivery easier and patient-friendly. A recent survey has also forecasted that the global market for inhalation drug delivery technologies will reach $43.9 billion by 2018.

On day one our highly distinguished speakers will focus on the key developments and formulation of inhaled therapies. Delegates will have the unique opportunity to hear presentations covering: developing a generic inhaled product, inhaled antibiotics and achieving an inhaled insulin product. Future directions in inhalation and respiratory drug delivery research as well as regulatory updates for inhaled therapies will also be addressed.

On day two delegates will have the unique chance to join high-level discussions about inhalation devices and analytics. Our esteemed speakers will address topic areas covering novel technologies for pulmonary and nasal drug delivery and key advancements in analytical tools for inhaled therapies. Presentations will also extend to the challenges of developing inhalation devices as well as updates in improving patient adherence with product design.

Building on the success of our previous congress, the Inhalation & Respiratory Drug Delivery Congress will be co-located with the 3rd Annual Formulation & Drug Delivery Congress. The Formulation & Drug Delivery Congress provides an ideal opportunity for experts working in the field to look at large and small molecule formulation as well as large and small molecule drug delivery. Our distinguished speakers will discuss overcoming protein & peptide formulation challenges, novel biologics drug delivery systems and biologics formulation development. Nano-formulations, novel strategies for formulating small molecules and advancements in small molecule drug delivery systems will also be covered.

The Inhalation & Respiratory Drug Delivery Congress is an inaugural congress organised by Oxford Global that forms part of our highly successful Formulation & Drug Delivery congress series. For more information on other events in this series, please see the details below:
